So I started picking my delicious harvest of grapes. I started 45 minutes ago until it was too dark
This is about 20% of the total cluster count from my 4 year old vine.
Suffolk pink seedless grapes; we'll juice them and also make raisins. :2thumbs:

I love your back yard Beech. So green. I could easily pass out there and think I'm in heaven.

Thanks. I designed and built all that myself. The hammock is the great reward. :2thumbs:

So, this is all concentrate. That's all the juice we'll do this year, besides, we've run out of jars.
We dilute it @ halfway with water (1 quart water, 1 quart juice). NO SUGAR ADDED, just pure grape juice and water.
YUMMMM
The rest of the grapes? We've got about another cooler full left, those are going to be raisins. :cool2:

Can you elaborate on the juice extractor? Looks almost like a pressure cooker that creates a vacuum then siphons out the bottom? I can google it though if you're busy. Nice pics man!

It sho do. Of course a little sugar doesn't hurt now and again, but I like that tartish taste that grapefruit and cranberry give.
