Judge disbarred for using a penis pumb in court!

I'm sure someone will dig up the story on the internet, but the jist of it was there was a visiting court reporter that complained after hearing swooshing noises coming from under the bench during session. (The object is a suction type mechanism.) This had been going on for quite sometime and the court staff knew about it and were afraid to report it to their supervisors.

He's been in prison....it appears to be a formal proceeding to prevent him from ever obtaining his licence to practice law again after he resigned from the bench. :ne_nau:

Yea, it's him, just saw the picture. Judges basically have that title for life and in very few instances do they ever loose that status.
