I got bored one day and decided that it was time to get my arm/wrist/grip in shape, SO I built a 'tool' to help me accomplish this...my PT thought it was cool :haha:

yeah, and the bikes somewhat ok :lol8: seriously, I can't officially 'ride' yet but I'v taken my dowhill beast out in the street and putted around - with one hand :haha: I'll be ready to ride (next spring) :ne_nau:
