Water Canyon for Noobs

Just wanted to get some opinions. What do you guys think a bout taking people down Water Canyon who have no canyoneering experiece. None of the experieced guys going have done this canyon before and the RD makes it sound not to difficult. Any Thoughts?

Well thanks kind of a bummer, maybe with the posablilty of rain that day might keep them out, we will see.
