Perhaps my favorite area of all of Alaska is Wrangell St. Elias National Park. The park is huge, with 4 enormous mountain ranges. I've had a chance to fly over the Wrangell Mountains a few times, here are some of my favorites.

Alaska is amazing. It is so immense, that when I was there in 2000, I shot 20 rolls of film. My photos didn't even begin to capture the true beauty of Alaska. I don't think they make a camera big enough to do that! :haha:

If I may ask, who did the flying? Which aircraft? (Hey, I'm a pilot too, not just a photographer - can't I mix hobbies?)

Do those planes have adequate heaters? I have always wondered that.
