Basically, the guy on the right punched the other guy's girl unintentionally. He apologized but the other guy would not accept it and... took it out on the other guy's girl.

Next scene is the guy walking with his girl, telling her to come along, and that it didn't hurt that much, and that he won't let anyone hurt them.

When another guy bumps her, she knows what's coming so she runs away. Her man screams after her asking where she's going and telling her that there's business they have to take care of (fight), heh.
