Tour of Utah 2008

Anyone following this?? A serious pro stage race right here in UT and there's no talk of it, and little hoopla. I love bike racing and think it's awesome. I havent been able to catch as much as I'd like but we're going up LCC to see today's stage end at Snowbird. They're riding from Park City, to Snowbird today. 14,000+ in elevation gain, 98 miles. Pretty impressive.

oh wait, no I'm not. :mrgreen: But I am very interested in how this goes. It's getting national/worldwide recognition.

They passed us at the crest of American Fork Canyon Saturday while I was up there hauling tools down to our trail reroute site. I couldn't believe the number of people up there watching- a very good show of support!

:mrgreen: I got to watch riders come in as I sat in the orthopedic center getting torchured...looked out the window...couldn't see much. Then, when we were leaving, riders were coming in in front of us....cool stuff!
