Combination of poor driving skills, overloaded vehicle and fear of the law often leads to such tragedies. Happens here in Florida a lot, same as in Arizona and probably Texas, California and New Mexico.

Obviously we need to do something, a good start is banning all SUV's. It's the only way to keep people safe.
