linking to picasa

I have got a couple of questions, I would like to post a trip report but i am unable to figure out how to link to a picasa web album. Second when trying to log onto bogley on my other computer where picasa is i am unable to log into bogley. It just keeps going back and asking for my name and password. any help would be appreciated. Oh my shift key is sick so i cannot capitalize etc all the time if you are wondering why my post are not always punctuated correctly.
