Snowbasin XC race July 15th

So Mark talked me into racing next week. He said it was a butt kicker, but he'll do it again. I'll join the beginner class since this is my first race.

I've done a few of the ICUP races in the beginner class. It's a lot of fun and definitely a "butt kicker". I usually come in to wards the last of the pack but I have a total blast. It is also a great learning experience. I have been thinking about doing these Snowbasin races. I am glad to see them doing this.

I don't, sorry. I just heard from Mark who raced this last wednesday, and he says it's next week again on the 15th.

I actually got an email from Snow Basin about the races and also raced the first race on the 2nd. The next XC race is actually the 23rd. (see email below) There is also a Criterium race tomorrow night (9th) if you are so inclined.

PM me if anyone would like me to foward the actual email to them.

I spoke to the guy who appeared to be in charge of the race Wednesday why I couldn't find anything on the website -- he just shook his head and mumbled about lack of communication. They still haven't posted the results of the race anywhere that I can tell... guess they are still working out the kinks.

The crit race is on the road around parking lot #2. If you are not familiar with Snow Basin it is northwest of the main parking lot/lodge.

Cool thanks, I just got a road bike. Maybe I'll make one in the future.
