After a long winter of delivering pizzas for the cause, I finally have my dream bike.

I bought an Intense 6.6 frame set up with a Fox DHX 5.0 (Air) and a Fox Talas 36 RC2 front fork late last fall. It was absolute torture staring at this frame and fork, all the while imagining how it would ride and what it would look like when it was finally done.

Well, the long wait is over. Going from a 2005 K2 Lithium 3.0, I'm super stoked with my 6.6 which I've set it up with the following;

Sram XO rear derailleur
Shimano XT front derailleur
Sram X9 shifters
Shimano XT cassette
Avid Juicy 7 brakes with 203mm rotors front and rear
Easton Vice AM stem
Easton EA50 handle bar (wanted the monkey lite, but had save $ somewhere)
Shimano Deore XT wheelset
Thompson seat post
WTB Pure V saddle
E13 headset
E13 chain guide and basher
Race Face Atlas crank
ODI Rouge lock on grips

Just got done getting it dirty :ride: :jump_nutt: .

I'm headed back to work in the next couple of days and won't get another chance until I get back thanks to all of my "honey-do's" :angryfire:

pretty cool ride.
i've always found it pointless to have a good deraileur when you ride dh, just a rant i know has nothing to do with the topic and your bikes not even a dh bike, but someone tell me, why do alot of DH'ers have XTRs and X's and stuff on their bike? boggles my mind.
