One of America's most famous poets, Sydney Lanier, wrote a poem about the marshes here in Glynn County, GA. It is a fun place to visit because of quaint towns, historical sites (forts, etc) and barrier islands. I thought it might be interesting to the folks out west to see some of the southeast coast. Here are a few photos from Glynn County.

I lived in Northern Florida when I was a Kid We visited all those places back in the late 60's. Great memories. Thanks for posting.

There's a coincidence. I grew up in Jacksonville and lived there most of my life.

That bridge looks exactly like the Skyway :nod: Good pics Stan, love to see that warmth :2thumbs:

Thanks, JP. If you are referring to the Sunshine Skyway in St Pete, it only has one tower on either side (in the middle). Otherwise, the same.
