So, we're not the problem, it's China, Brazil and UK.

If there was a way to move the water from Antarctic glacier melt to drought-stricken areas, we could solve a couple problems. There was once a plan to tow North Atlantic icebergs to NY, but then refrigeration was invented and the market for icebergs collapsed. Maybe the time has come.
