I just realized that Friday would not work for me, so should we just keep it Thursday the 3rd this time around? Or should we even do a Saturday night?

This is next week, so we'll have to nail it down within a few days. If there's not enough "sway", we'll just keep it for Thursday. But if enough people want saturday so rock can make it, that's good for me too.
