The call girl at the center of the prostitution scandal that prompted Gov. Eliot Spitzer to resign in disgrace has been identified as a 22-year-old aspiring musician who struggled in a broken home as a child.

The New York Times reported that the real name of the woman

Spitzer has no business being with a 22 y/o, oh wait, he paid over 80K for this, but still, 22!! I'm not even sure I could do 22 and I'm a young looking, handsome 38 year old. Meh, I prolly could minus the exchange of funds.

Can you say "gold digger?" Heheh...
What was he thinking? Or maybe he wasn't?
Maybe he's a member of TA! :)

When you're in the public eye (& even when you're not), it's only a matter of time before ya get found out. Tsk Tsk.

Confessions Of A Thinker (author unknown)

It started out innocently enough. I began to think at parties now
and then I began to think alone -- "to relax," I told myself -- but I knew it wasn't true. Thinking became more and more important to me,
and finally I was thinking all the time.

That was when things began to sour at home. One evening I turned
off the TV and asked my wife about the meaning of life. She spent that
night at her mother's.

I began to think on the job. I knew that thinking and employment
don't mix, but I couldn't help myself.

I began to avoid friends at lunchtime so I could read Thoreau,
Muir, Confucius and Kafka. I would return to the office dazed and
confused, asking, "What is it exactly we are doing here?"

One day the boss called me in. He said, "Listen, I like you, and it
hurts me to say this, but your thinking has become a real problem.
If you don't stop thinking on the job, you'll have to find another
job." This gave me a lot to think about. I came home early after my
conversation with the boss. "Honey," I confessed, "I've been
thinking..."

"I know you've been thinking," she said, "and I want a divorce!"
"But hon, surely it's not that serious."
"It is serious," she said, lower lip aquiver. "You think as much as
college professors and college professors don't make any money, so
if you keep on thinking, we won't have any money!"

"I think that's a faulty syllogism," I said impatiently.

She exploded in tears of rage and frustration, but I was in no mood
to deal with the emotional drama.

"I'm going to the library," I snarled as I stomped out the door. I
headed for the library, in the mood for some Nietzsche. I roared
into the parking lot with NPR on the radio and ran up to the big
glass doors. They didn't open. The library was closed.

To this day, I believe that a Higher Power was looking out for me
that night. Leaning on the unfeeling glass, whimpering for
Zarathustra, a poster caught my eye, "Friend, is heavy thinking
ruining your life?" it asked.

You probably recognize that line. It comes from the standard
Thinkers
Anonymous poster.

This is why I am what I am today: a recovering thinker. I never
miss a TA meeting. At each meeting we watch a non-educational video;
last week it was "Porky's." Then we share experiences about how we
avoided thinking since the last meeting.

I still have my job, and things are a lot better at home. Life just
seemed...easier, somehow, as soon as I stopped thinking.

I think the road to recovery is nearly complete for me.
Today I took the final step.

I joined the Democratic Party.

Yes Sir.... this will be nothing but positive for her career. No such thing as bad publicity. I figure a Playboy spread, a book deal, A TV deal, the lecture circuit and a recording contract are all on the table.

Oh yeah.... I mentioned to the hot young stripper wife last night that she must be doing something wrong because none of what she does is worth $4500 a pop.... needless to say.... she failed to see the humor.

I feel bad for everyone in this situation EXCEPT SPITZER. His wife can't go out without people pointing and whispering. His daughters went to school the next day and I am sure they had to deal with a bunch of crap.
I even feel sorry for the escort. What kind of issues has she gone through to decide that her dignity and self respect isn't worth $4300 for a night of being used by a man. Mabey I feel that way because I think of my daughters being in that situation and it almost brings me to tears.

I hope they throw the book at Spitzer though. He has been the biggest a-hole to people. Accusing people of things when they didn't do anything wrong and then having their character smeared. He has ruined the insurance industry. and all of this just to make a name for himself. Politicians

Mostly I feel bad for the Dad. Can you imagine how tense his next poker night with his buddies is gonna be?

Just wait until one of his buddies wins the big pot of the night.

"How much does your daughter charge again?"

I REALLY need to hit the lotto. I'd make Charlie Sheen look like an amateur.

:lol8:

Callgirl Ashley Alexandra Dupre linked to Charlie Sheen
From correspondents in New York
March 17, 2008 11:31am

HOLLYWOOD actor Charlie Sheen allegedly hired the same callgirl involved in the Eliot Spitzer scandal for a fantasy themed threesome.

Pimp Jason Itzler, 41, claims he sent Ashley Alexander Dupre under the name of Victoria and another girl, Cheryl to Sheen more than two years ago, the Daily Record reported.

He claims Sheen paid $20,000 for a threesome with the girls dressed up as cheerleaders.
"Sheen got the girls to dress up as cheerleaders and chant his name while performing sex acts.

"They loved Charlie. They said he was a great guy. A great lover.

"One time he had them dressed up like cheerleaders, chanting 'Charlie! Charlie! He's our man. If he can't do it, nobody can!'"
Itzler also claims Sheen pretended he was a porn film director and asked the women to act out lesbian scenes for him.

Sheen has admitted using hookers, but denied the story when it broke two years ago.

Grand Jury to hear confessions of New York callgirl

News of Ms Dupre's liason's with Sheen came aas she prepares to face the grand jury to testify about her tryst with the disgraced former New York governor Eliot Spitzer. Prosecutors will examine whether Mr Spitzer used any campaign funds for his meetings with prostitutes.

Ms Dupre, also known as Ashley Youmans, has received a subpoena to appear behind closed doors before an investigating grand jury hearing the case against the Emperors Club VIP prostitution ring, her lawyer said in court.

The struggling singer was caught by an FBI phone-tap talking to an accused madam about her $US4300 ($4580) encounter with a man referred to asClient 9, now identified as Spitzer.

Ms Dupre reportedly had several dates with the man she knew as "George Fox" but only realised during their last meeting that he was the New York governor. The New York Post said that the shocked prostitute told her bosses: "Oh, my God! Do you know who this guy is?"

Mr Spitzer, a crusading former prosecutor who is married with three daughters, resigned last week without striking a deal with prosecutors on his legal fate. Negotiations between prosecutors and Mr Spitzer's legal team appear to be on hold for authorities to determine whether any taxpayer money or campaign funds was misused - which Mr Spitzer denies.

The New York Times reported that prosecutors were focusing on whether campaign funds were used in Mr Spitzer's dealings with the high-priced callgirl ring. Prosecutors have asked Mr Spitzer's lawyers about the travel arrangements for three trips, including his tryst with Ms Dupre at the Mayflower Hotel, Washington, on the eve of Valentine's Day, the Times said.

Mr Spitzer reportedly used the escort service on trips to Dallas and Florida. He attended a fundraising event in Dallas in October and held another fundraiser in West Palm Beach last month.

Mr Spitzer is more likely to face charges stemming from his payments to the prostitution ring than from the sex itself.

Clinton under fire for Spitzer links

The scandal is threatening to ricochet into the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton, a New York senator who was endorsed by Mr Spitzer.

It was Senator Clinton's U-turn on Mr Spitzer's now-abandoned plan to grant drivers' licences to illegal immigrants in a TV debate in October that first exposed her potential weakness in the campaign.

Now, Mr Spitzer's infidelity has reminded voters of Bill Clinton's own sexual meanderings. Comedian David Letterman got an easy laugh with his top 10 list of excuses for Mr Spitzer's conduct. The No1 excuse: "I thought Bill Clinton legalised this years ago."

Yuppers. She was just offer $1 million to pose nude.

Now that deal is off, it turns out she already has nude videos floating around, she spent a week on the Girls Gone Wild bus, at the tender age of 18, and shot 7 tapes including nude and same sex action.

She got booted off the GGW bus for underage drinking, and was sent home on a Greyhound bus.

Stop that $1 million check: It turns out the call girl linked to Eliot Spitzer had already shed her clothes for "Girls Gone Wild" as an 18-year-old while partying in Miami, the video company's founder said Tuesday.

Joe Francis had reached out to Ashley Alexandra Dupre, now 22, with an offer of $1 million to appear in a non-nude spread for his company's new magazine, plus a chance to join the "Girls Gone Wild" tour bus, his company announced Tuesday.

But Francis said someone had a revelation at the Tuesday morning staff meeting: Did anyone think to check the archives?

They did, he said
