IHC wants to evict Southern Exposure because it paid its rent late one month in 1998, IHC did accept the rent check and late fees.
Now how can you evict a tenant for something that accrued almost 10 years ago. Especially if the owner accepted the check with late fees (though never cashed) and accepted all the other months
