whatever you want to label it... anyone turn their camera a little more inward sometimes ? i have always liked photos that illicit an emotional response, especially more... guttural (?) ones. something that makes you cringe a little, something base, vulgar, a nod to a more primitive nature. equal parts edgar allen poe and edwin arlington robinson. something like that...

also loved street photography, but all those negs are unscanned.

This is no where near as good as your stuff, but I think it's a little abstract.

I get scared of the dark when I camp out so a camp protector is required.

The Prius has a camera so as not to run over little kids when you back up.

I really like your first one Jason, of the stairs and the hiding figure. Great composition, and blend of texture and colors.

Here's the only "abstract "photo I think I've ever taken.

OOPS! I don't know how to make it smaller (human size). I tried! : /

On second thought ~ nevermind. I was able to figure it out afterall!
