whatever you want to label it... anyone turn their camera a little more inward sometimes ? i have always liked photos that illicit an emotional response, especially more... guttural (?) ones. something that makes you cringe a little, something base, vulgar, a nod to a more primitive nature. equal parts edgar allen poe and edwin arlington robinson. something like that...
also loved street photography, but all those negs are unscanned.

I get scared of the dark when I camp out so a camp protector is required.
The Prius has a camera so as not to run over little kids when you back up.

I really like your first one Jason, of the stairs and the hiding figure. Great composition, and blend of texture and colors.
Here's the only "abstract "photo I think I've ever taken.

I really like this one Jason. Great composition, and blend of texture and colors.
