Wow big shock! If you have a giant wallpaper picture of hot chicks dressed sexy you just might get some tech to look through your hard drive. Great work, lame consumer internet site!

What does it matter? He is just stealing the porn you stole from the internet.

If you don't want people to see what's on your computer the don't leave it on there when you get it serviced.

Awesome. They used a logger type program that I'm actually starting to look at that captures keystrokes and screenshots. :2thumbs:

I love sting operations.

They also wouldn't tell Geek Squad which Tech it was that copied the files. That way, they can't say they've talked to that person and it will stop. Smart move, because this goes on a lot.

True, if you have porn on your computer and you hand it over to somebody to fix, just expect that they'll see it. Big deal. If they "steal" it, who cares.

Can you really call it stealing when you still have the files after it's all said and done? If somebody walks into your house and watches a video on your TV, did they steal that video?

But anyways, just expect that the contents of your computer will be seen, or fix it yourself.

This is why I can't have 'Beech fix my broken computer, cause he will steal all my donkey-on-midget porn.

I don't think people would care about porn off the interenet. I think the concern is pictures of yourself or family memebers that were supposed to stay private. the other side isn't just pics. In the story it mentions that they copied financial information from a client. IMHO those guys that did that are lame assholes.
