It's never too early to start thinking about the presents you want your loved oned to purchase for you. So let's hear them....

For me...

1. I want a new Imac (with Civ 4, AOE 3, and Tiger Woods 2008)
2. I want a completed dissertation proposal.
3. I want Scott Patterson to come back to the forum - the man was an encyclopedia!

I'm hoping for waffles, pancakes and hookers.... I like things I can pour syrup on.

:2thumbs:

But I'll also cast a vote for Scotts return.

I just passed the word for the only gift I have thought of yet: the 5 DVD set of Planet Earth.

These Leica Compact 10x25 Ultravid Binocs would also be welcomed warmly on my hiking and backpacking treks.

Syrup? I thought you chose waffles, pancakes, and hookers because they were things you could have sex with.

Well lets see, A small stack of one hundred dollar bills, yes a small stack. I don't wanna be too greedy. Maybe a farrari. A house on a two acre lot, so I can build a motocross track next door. In reality, all I want for Christmas is a new bed. I feel like I'm being eaten by a brontasaurous every morning because my back hurts so bad. That and the wife and I are stuck on a queen. I need my sleep space.

What do you want from Santa?

I want a motorcycle riding suit, more specifically, I want a Motoport Ultra Trek One Piece Air Mesh Kevlar Suit with the optional One Piece Aero-Tex Liner that is 100% Waterproof/Windproof/Breathable.

I also want the optional hip armor.

Thanks for asking.

The plan is for a Safari rack for my new KargoMaster Congo Cage.

But also:
A new camera is required. :frustrated: Some people are evil.
A new, chillier rated sleeping bag. -7*C is NOT cold enough.
An iPod Touch. The spinning date wheels on the calendar put me over the edge.
A US cellphone. I make too many calls and my roaming plan sux.
A new Gore shell. Old one is hurtin'.
A new trekking pack. Old one is hurtin' worse.
:blahblah:

I've run out of things to buy or wish for until I've caught up with all the biking, hiking, and home improvement projects I already have going. My list consists of one oak folding table to better manage the Christmas Dinner Party with and one book about Sewing and Repairing your own Outdoor Gear.

How about another special someone to play Santa for this year instead of more gadgets, tools, and gear to take care of?
