I've seen worse.
Imagine that first floor tile covered in excess cable and you can't actually step up to the rack to work on anything.

Thats what I saw when a customer called and said "your stuff sucks you better get over here and fix it."

They had a sheet of plastic almost separating one half of the data center from the other while trying to expand and the wall to the outside had been torn off so it was about 100 degrees in there.

We stood there a while and I looked at him and asked if he really thought it was my equipment that was the problem.

I said I can take care of that for 4.5M and he said ok. :)
Ah the good old .com days.
