so we ate at a brazilian steakhouse in vegas lately and YUM. teh caveat was i really could have done w/out all teh salt but evidently that is how they do it. anyone ate at rodizio in trolley square ? i imagine it goes about $40 a plate ? they have lamb too ? or how about other steak houses, are there any w/ a buffet style like rodizio ? or that have a variety of lamb on teh menu ?

I'm in Fortworth Texas on business and am going to Texas de Brazil tonight. Same kind of place it looks like. I've eaten at Rodizio a number of times. Tucanos, if I have the right name, is another one in Utah. Been there a couple of times too.

Did you eat at "Yolie's" in Vegas? Last time I was there it was excellent. It's on Paradise.

thanks for the input all.

i read some reviews online about braza and they were mostly more negative. of course personl opinions are just that, personal. i think we will go to rodizio as they sound exactly like "pampas", which is wher we ate in vegas in the planet hollywood along miracle mile mall, just down from the wharf. was $40 a plate there. i am sure because it is in the hotel/casino. cheaper for jr. sounds like rodizio is not that steep (yay !). but good eats is always worth it.

speaking of which we often eat at the "buffet at asia" i think it is caled. saturady night seafood, lots of sushi, oysters on the 1/2 shell, crab, squid, frogs legs, yummy. across from trader joes on sunset east of the mclellan airport.

I LOVE Rodizio Grill and I'm still upset that they took away the Rodizio Grill we had here in Orem. Now all we have left is Tucano's. Same thing, just not as good. Not as authentic.

so we ate here over the weekend and it was indeed very good. lots of meat and not salty at all compared to our vegas experience. really loved the bacon wrapped turkey, it was so juicy and tender and yum ! the quail eggs on the salad bar were tasty too. 2 thumbs up !

The Texas de Brazil in Fort Worth was more expensive than Rodizio and I didn't think it was any better.
