Here's the "Old Man Of The Mountain" Franconia Notch, NH. Hewas noticed in 1805 and fell in 2003. This was and still is New Hampshire's symbol. It's on the license plates to the state road signs.

Wow, that almost looks like the acetylene torch sculptures Thomas Battersby Child did for his Gilgal Garden (http://www.gilgalgarden.org/) work. In particular, it looks the head from his self portrait:

Man, I'm starting to really like the "darkroom" forum. Crazy beautiful stuff out there huh!? Trees, vistas, sky, rocks....
Here's a neat looking "face" I found in Echo Canyon ~ Zion.
It would have been so ironic had I found him in N.W. Leprechaun canyon.

Not sure if this counts as "rock formation" but it's kind of like grand canyon, only green.

Since the dark room threads and photo albums have kept me entertained for many hours at work, I thought I should add an interesting rock formation.
Everyone has an interpretation of what this looks lilke. When my 3 year old nephew asked, I said it reminded me of a golf club.
Any other thoughts?
