Any of computer techs know of a free registry cleaner that cleans all of the errors instead of just 50 and then you pay 30 bucks for the rest? What the hell is the registry anywho? :ne_nau:
What problem are you having here? Are you dealing a spyware problem or virus?

Getting alot of Internet explorer errors. A lot of script errors too. I did a free register scan and it came up with 1400 errors. That is why I kinda feel I need to fix it. I have a virus program with spyware remover that hasn't found any viruses, so I can't think of anything else besides registry errors that would be causing my probs
you may have gotten had by fake errors so you would buy their software. I know a certain fro-haired computer tech that often visits this site and can fix your comp for very cheap!

Viruses are different from spyware. There is a HUGE amount of spyware that is capable of flying under the radar of your virus scan.
You should be running at least 2-3 spyware removal programs a week (depending on your internet usage).
Some good spyware removal tools:
AdAware
Spybot S&D
CWShredder
I use SpywareBlaster and SpyBot (Search and Destroy).
Both are free at www.download.com.
