damnit ... property owners should know where their property ends and that's it.
the city should kick 'em off public land. "beautifying open space" ... it's not for them to decide!

my god, we've got utah senators trying to sell of public land in southern utah to developers and
we've got utah landowners who think that boundaries are just rough guidelines.
