I just got back from a trip to DC where my Utah friend currently resides and after seeing all the sites at the capitol she took me to a cool mountain bike trail. Definitely the best part of the trip. I even saw George W getting into his helicopter and taking off at the White House.
We both thought this trail was going to be kind of lame compared to Utah but it was a really fun ride and kind of difficult.
Part of the trail ran really close to the Potomac River so we hopped off our bikes and into the warm waters. I was kind of concerned at how warm it was but I haven't developed any skin rashes or anything like that yet.

Was the water so warm because it was downward of the nuclear power plant?

What happened to no more riding because you didn't want scratches for the air force?

Jenny promised it was a really easy trail because supposedly there are no hills in Virginia. It was a little harder than either of us expected. I almost fell but managed to hang on the entire ride.

I kept my clothes on this time. The Potomac has got some scary stuff floating in it and I was worried for my... well, certain parts.
