This has been my favorite drink all summer. Of course, I've been drinking the sugar free version, still delicious.

Here's the usual recipe, but I double it.

@1 cup of crushed ice
1.5 oz of flavoring syrup - this is found in the Coffee sections of the grocery store, usually in a 12 oz bottle. Look for the sugar free ones too, like Vanilla, Raspberry....
1.5 oz of heavy whipping cream
5 oz of club soda

And I double that, because, well you know, that's how I roll.

Absolutely delicious. Lately I've been adding a little more cream for that frothy taste.

As does...fresh mango juice, muddle some mint, a couple of shots of rum, shake in a tumbler with ice, and add soda if'n you please.

Mango Mohito Martini's!

Usually sub in vodka for the rum, though...

Mohito's are a fine summer drink.

Best use of club soda I can think of...
