Not to difficult. My camera does sequence photos pretty well, so snap the pictures, and then open all of them in Photoshop. Take the one that is your highlight photo perhaps where you are getting the most air... That is the one that you are going to use as the major photo. Take and add all of the other photos as layers using the eraser tool, just start cutting away at the layers. Use the transform tool to tweak everything, and it should turn out good.

As a side note, it is best to take these shots using a tripod as any motion makes it difficult to stitch them together. If you need help, feel free to PM. I would be happy to offer more suggestions. A fun tuesday night ride could be had up at the Trailside park...
