No joke.
I sent mine in for a repair a few months ago and got it back... but they keep sending me repaired 360s. I have 3 right now! I am getting one a month. :roflol:

yeah... they said they want them back. Then I get placed on hold .... someone comes back and says " I have never heard of anything like this before.... not sure what to do, please hold" Nothing has ever been worked out and I am stick of.... its like pulling teeth.

I have spent hours on the phone trying to be honest and do right thing here. (because someday I figure this will comeback to get me if I keep them)
But I am sick of taking time from my family to sort out their mess right now. ...... I am not calling them anymore. They know how to find me.
