Embattled NFL quarterback Michael Vick, facing federal charges related to his alleged participation in dogfighting, has been hit with a "$63,000,000,000 billion dollar" lawsuit filed by a South Carolina inmate who alleges the Atlanta Falcons star stole his pit bulls and sold them on eBay to buy "missiles from Iran," FOX News has learned.
Jonathan Lee Riches filed the handwritten complaint over "theft and abuse of my animals" on July 23 in the U.S. District Court in Richmond, Va.
Riches alleges that Vick stole two white mixed pit bull dogs from his home in Holiday, Fla., and used them for dogfighting operations in Richmond, Va. The complaint goes on to allege that Vick sold the dogs on eBay and

Apparently, we can't even blame a scumbag lawyer since the guy filed it himself. (No offense intended to all the honest, upright attorneys.)

None taken. You'd be suprised what these inmates trump up. Jeeze, we, the tax payers, furnish them with a small law library in prison. They are bored and those with any drive file this type of junk all the time. You ought to see some of the criminal appeals that come out of the jails and prisons. Some are pretty entertaining. I mean what are we going to do to them when they file this junk, put them in jail? Wait, they are already there....... :haha:

Nice work finding it. It made for great reading! I love that he has copyrighted his name in the filing, and that Vick has been using his name (Jonathan Riches) for profit on jerseys and mugs. I can't wait to get my Jonathan Riches jersy online at the NFL shop. The filing is fairly well written, surprisingly. Too bad none of the claims are true. And yes Iceaxe, it p#$$es me off too that people do this kind of crap.
Jaxx, link just a bit off (missing the f at the end is all)
Thanks for the heads up, I fixed it int he original post. I can't take credit for finding the handwriten papers, they were linked with the story.
I like how he says Vick stole his name from his jacket on 5/4/04. Then he says that Vick was selling stuff with his name on it and he writes "this conspiracy started Jan. 10, 2001". So Vick was selling stuff with Rich's name on it before he stole his info.
That hand written paper is such a riot to read, that guy either did this as a joke or he is really crazy.

I'm guessing Vick will settle out of court...for maybe $10 million, chump change for him. He can recover it with a couple good dog fights or sell a couple pit bulls on e-bay. Won't even have to touch his football fortune. :lol8:

Uh oh, here's some proof that Vick has been stealing his identity and putting it on his jersey. Vick's gonna fry!
