Mark agreed to flip the bill on this one, since he'll be keeping it in his boat. :2thumbs:

He just purchased a surfboard, which MY T PIMP picked up for us in SLC, Marine Products.

We'll be doing some wakesurfing with this fun toy, and I'd like to find some great spots on the nearby rivers. I imagine I'll be talking to some kayakers to find out where the nice curls are.

So, it's a Liquid Force, and 5'6", Venture model. I'm giddy as a schoolgirl to try it out.

Marine Products is having their end of season sale, where everything is 20-70% off. It continues until this weekend.

I just had to capture the "unboxing" moments, as well as putting the fins on.

I saw some guys doing that on Deer Creek a week ago.. Looked fun. When I lived in California we use to Boggie Wake on the Kern River all the time.

I need you guys to help me find some good river spots; places where you see kayakers playing around, like in the video below.

This is somewhere in Riverdale, near Ogden.

Right now the middle Provo is running really low. But in years past there has been a nice spot on river road when it is running fast and high.

Good thing about Provo is it's not very deep. So it's very easy to get out of the water once you bail.

I know the exact holes you are talking about, I used to surf them in a kayak back in the day when I was young and sexy :nod:

In a semi-related note: do you realize how much it would hurt if you really punched circuit boards? All those little soldered contact points would cut the sh*t out of your knuckles.
