Now I know they have to send packages to sorting centers etc.... but this is the route my package from Microsoft took through UPS.....

We found out that when you ship overnight usps to Provo from Ca it never gets there in 24hrs... But thanks to the guarantee my money has been refunded a number of times..

I had a box last week sent UPS 3rd Day from Pocotello, ID to Ogden, UT, and it went to Salt Lake first and then Back up to Ogden. But on the good side I got it in 2 days, not 3. It 's funny how they ship stuff

My 360 did the same route but it started heading back to Utah after it got to Kentucky.
Good news is they sent me back two 360's. I got the first one last month (30+ days after I sent it off). Then I got the second one yesterday..... Today MS left a vm on my phone asking me to call them back... I wonder what they want :ne_nau:

Every item shipped to me via UPS has a problem. If my UPS person looked like that, rather than some hairy guy in brown shorts, I would accept a few problems. Until then, I'll ask for FedEx delivery whenever I have a choice. :nod:

Pocatello to Ogden is standard 1 day service anyway. You got ripped off. I'm a shipper that works closely with FedEx and UPS everyday. I choose brown. FedEx is cheaper (almost always), but that's because they don't pay their employees crap, nor do they provide benefits (Ground). The poor quality of the job translates into the way they handle your packages.

That's pretty strange that the Xbox got sent to Florida before Utah. Maybe that's where Microsoft has another plant where they install the "monitor" chip. You know, the one that keeps track of everything you do with the Xbox and subsequently takes over your brain. It keeps track so that if you shake off the brainwashing, they can press charges later. :lol8:
