My wifes dumbass 20 y/o cousin had some Chinese symbols tattooed on his neck about a month ago.... so I run into dumbass at a family wedding and ask "Why did you have 'little pecker' tattooed on you neck?" I had the poor kid in tears thinking the tattoo guy played a great joke on him...

Best part is now the entire redneck family thinks cuzz has 'little pecker' tattooed on his neck and tease him unmercifully.....
