Has anyone heard of these websites and if so, do you know if MP3Sparks is dead fo sho?

I read on BoingBoing.net (http://www.boingboing.net/2007/07/02/allofmp3com_finally_.html) that Allofmp3.com was shutdown in early July. Don't know about MP3Sparks.com though.
