Al Gore's son pleaded guilty Monday to possessing marijuana and other drugs, but a judge said the plea could be withdrawn and the charges dropped if he successfully completes a drug diversion program.
Authorities have said they found drugs in Al Gore III's car after the 24-year-old was pulled over on July 4 for going 100 mph in his Toyota Prius.

The most amazing part of this story has nothing to do with who it is or what he had on him... it was the fact that he was able to get a Prius to go 100 mph! Are you sure this story wasn't take from The Onion?
This is obviously a right-wing conspiracy because it's so unbelievable. There aint no way in hell somebody would be able to get a Prius to go that fast. It's just not possible.
:haha:

So what's the problem, marijuana is green. He must have been going downhill to get the Prius to 100 mph.

He got what is called PC1000 Drug Diversion Program. He will get several chances to complete it.....if he fails, then he can do Prop36...not diversion, but will get probation.....usually no jail. Gets three chances to get through that program before he will finally get sentenced to time.
