:lol8: :lol8: :lol8: Nice sticker and nice bike too.

You need to join our group for a ride. We are always looking for riding partners, even if they are riding British. :lol8: :2thumbs:

Nice bike. Welcome back to the darkside. As double moo was saying, it is not important what you ride, only that you ride! Welcome back brother! Glad to see you are properly geared up. I give that a :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

It was utterly amazing how many people I just saw with no gear on whatsoever on my trip thru Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming....I was just flabbergasted. Well, as the old adage goes "wear what you want to crash in!" Unless of course you are one of those "special" people that have the amazing ability to state that they never crash.

Sexy lookin ride! Looks like a lot of fun.

I've been having so much damn fun on my new Strom too.. I really would love to get out on a group ride with you fellas. I'm not ready for an ironbutt yet, but I keep thinking I'd like to ride up to Mirror Lake or something like that.

Oh yeah, and I finally got my jacket so I feel much better about things now. Just need to find some good pants.

When/where are we riding?

Congrats Mark!

What Strom did you get?

My son rides a DL650 - I've been pretty impressed with it... especially for a 650!

I went with the 1000. Wifey likes to ride with me and I figured more is better. I also went with the reviewers who claimed that at highway speeds it matched or beat the 650 on mileage. So far on her first 1300 miles she's averaged about 45-47 mpg with 70% hwy, 30% canyon roads. Oh, and it's bone stock too. Haven't done jack to it yet.

I've been very happy with it so far, and it seems like things are smoothing out and running even better the more miles I get on it.

All the Wee (650) owners love theirs tho too!
