Narrows June 2007

This is my first back packing trip with my daughter. I hope we get to go together again really soon. We had a wonderful over night trip the last Monday in June. The weather was great. The water was low, but very enjoyable. Here are some pictures:

I can say that of all the "outdoor stuff" we have done over the years, thus far, The Narrows was the most relaxing, rewarding and a enjoyable trip we have taken. I can truly understand why people say that it is one of the top ten trips to take in the USA.

I would do it again in a heartbeat. The kid is already trying to go again. As much as it "could" be done in a day.......there is just something about sleeping on the ground under the stars that can't be beat!
