Weekend suggestions, please

We've got a vistor coming and are going to do the following:

Sunday: GSENM, Skutempah Rd and hike Willis Creek
Stay at Bryce.
Monday: Hike the Navajo Loop (is it open?) and drive to Torrey via Hell's Backbone. Stay in Torrey.
Tuesday: either drive Capitol Reef to the Burr Trail or come down RT12 and hike Upper Calf Creek midday.
Very hot? Stay in Escalante
Wednesday: head home thru Cedar Breaks. Maybe go out Hole in the Rock to Devil's Garden first.

Any ideas? We are going to be doing alot of driving and it will also be pretty hot. I want our visitor to see some parts of Utah she's not seen before.

Willis creek is a great hike. There is some shade but there are a few spots where you have to hike in the sun for a while.
Upper Calf Creek is awesome. The hike in will be easy but the hike out will be killer in the middle of the day. We did it a few weeks ago and our 4 and 6 year olds made it. The last part of the trail is really steep.
Devils garden is way fun to explore. You are mostly out in the open sun though. The road to devils garden is very washboard. I found it comfortable to drive at either 5 mph or 50 mph in some parts :haha:

In Bryce if Navajo Loop is closed Fairyland is a good alternative. I've done Calf Creek in July> Its hot but you have the stream near by to cool off in. The hot temp makes swimming at the falls enjoyable.

Thank, guys. I've done Willis Cr a couple of times, great place to take visitors. The Fairyland Loop is just too long, 4 hrs, when I need to drive to Torrey. If Navajo is OK we'll do that and Queens Garden, I think. Just want get my friend a taste of Bryce. I've done QG/Peekaboo/Navajo before.

Upper Calf might just be the ticket, especially with water present. I really want to go back to Peekaboo/Spooky but probably won't get that in. Devil's Garden will be hot but maybe we'll do it in the evening.
