Anyone know of an area close to Sandy where you can take your dog for a swim?

It's tough with the watershed areas up every canyon and I don't think LaCaille would appreciate my dog chasing their swans around their pond out front.....

Been up to Dog Lake, but I'm trying to find something that would be good for a quick dip...

Thanks!

Sorry to resurrect a dead thread, but I just barely saw it. Try taking your dog to the Parley's Nature Park off-leash area. There's a creek that runs through the whole thing, and there's aways dogs playing in and around the creek. Besides the creek there's a lot of trails to walk in the park and plenty of places to explore.

The off-leash area is just east of Tanner Park (2706 S 2700 E), and you can usually find in the Tanner parking lot or on the street.
