What do you do when a site is stealing your trail reports word for word and then selling advertising on their site?!?!?!?

This site is stealing the text word for word from mine and Bo's site!

it's likely if they know they've been had they will just change it out of guilt.

i've had some epxerience w/ this and the resulta were always the same
they'd yank the stuff out of embarassment of being caught.

and i wouldn't get mad over it, think of it a flattery.
most sites that steal like that are pretty lame to begin w/, which is why they use others material

I knew the site had it but was not worried until I just looked and now they are advertising and even have google ads on it. The problem with contacting them is I cannot find a contact on their site that works. :ne_nau: I work hard on my rankings though and duplicate info on the net does hurt.

Maybe he does this to lots of people? --- and maybe he just stills a bit and leaves it alone? I guess he does it to collect ad money from google and anyone else foolish enough to pay him for an ad?

Tanya, maybe Google would take a dim view of his activities with their ads. Wouldn't hurt to let them know, and that he is stealing copyrighted material that is displayed with their ads. If that doesn't work, my brother lives in Jacksonville (he's not as old or out of shape as I am).
