Do they play guitar solos? If not, I have to turn them down.

Not that I know of... but maybe they'll mix it up a little at the show... They are playing at the E Center. You can get seats or GA tickets.

Nothing quite az fun az listing to a band in a echo chamber on a hot summer day... I just a fan outdoor shows.

Not to dis your band but this stuff sounds like typical pop-punk. But maybe I snagged the wrong tracks.

Feel free to dis. Fall Out Boy is not one of my favorite bands, not even close, but since the tickets were so cheap I figured I might as well go. The best show I've been to recently was a few months ago when Wolfmother played at In the Venue. That's more my kind of show. Plus, almost any concert is fun if there is beer involved.

Who could disagree with that.

Do I need to be there with my camcorder?

I wasn't talking about a keg of beer... just a few :) Unless the dollar bills were for Sombeech. I've heard he can't hold his alcohol.

It seems as though the subject gets changed on every post :ne_nau:

Tickets for Fall Out Boy has somehow led to sombeech not being able to hold down some alcohol :roflol:

I'm not quite sure what that means. Do I start dancing? Or do I just start giving out dollar bills?

Fall Out Boy was last night and it turned out to be a better show than I was expecting. They were pretty cool and were even blasted out of the stage. I think it made up for the lack of guitar solos. +44 played before FOB and I was not excited since they're 2 guys from Blink 182, but the drummer was freaking amazing and freaking hot so I was pleasantly surprised. The bands before that sucked ass and I have no comments on them.
I was one of the oldest people at the concert and got stuck in the middle of a mosh pit of 10 year olds. That was the first time I didn't get hurt when things got rowdy at a concert.
For $9.60 I definitely got my money's worth and it made the $7 beer more affordable.

It took me a second to figure out that the big light up "FOB" stood for Fall Out Boy. Back when I was in high school we used to always order Whoppers from Burger King "FOB" which meant "Fresh Off the Broiler", and theoretically they would cook a new hamburger instead of giving you one that had been sitting around.

Did you dominate the pit? I usually do.

I didn't really get in the pit, but I did push a girl that ran into me and that felt good. Boobs? Really? I didn't see any of that. Maybe 'cause they were all pre-pubescent? Too small to see.[/i]

Everybody says that at concerts, but it happens less than you'd think.

I heard a DJ call that concert a "girl pants festival", I admit I giggled.

He was 100% right! I don't get the girl pants... girls don't want to share their pants with their boyfriends. I work with a guy who sports the girl pants and I'm jealous everytime I see him 'cause his ass looks better than mine!

:roflol: I don't see how any guy could be comfortable and have 'breathing room' in girls pants :lol8:
