The area is a lot like Goblin Valley without other people. Goblin Valley is more impressive when you first gaze upon it because of the nice view point the park has established. At first glance Little Egypt doesn't look like much, but as you begin wandering through the hoodoos you begin to realize its beauty.

I've been there a few weeks ago and also enjoyed it to walk around at this small and amazing area.
It's really a little Goblin Valley, but more colorful. The best time for photography at this place is in the morning.
