Two of my good friends and I went up Millcreek Canyon on Memorial Day and rode the Pipeline trail. First of all, I'm not that good, but these girls had even less experience than I did and were not expecting some of the difficulties of this trail. While it's a great beginner trail, there are a few technical areas and some steep downhill parts and a few switchbacks.
At the first sharp turn I yelled back to warn them but Ali must have not heard and didn't turn sharp enough and her front tire hit a rock in the wall and bounced her off her bike and into this nice little patch of grass. It looks posed but that is exactly how she landed. I fell off my bike laughing.
The rest of the trail was beautiful and a lot of fun. The gate up the canyon was still closed so we parked there and biked up a ways then the trail ended 1/4 of a mile below where we parked so it wasn't bad at all.
