Last night's ride was fantastic! the trail was crowded but we had a great time and still made it home for the majority of the disappointing Jazz game.

Next Tuesday we are riding Yellow Fork again. I will be there at 6pm, join me if you can. :ride:

Honestly dude, and you call yourself an Outdoorsman (so it says under your name). You are a uutah member!!!! For crying out loud..... a uutah member always has 5 cameras and 2 as a backup with them! That is the rule #1 of the secret uutah society. Where have you been?!

Man you are almost as bad as I was yesterday going to see the Little Gym graduation for my kid and leaving the SD memory of my camera in the memory reader at home :frustrated:

I'll have my camera next week when I come. But you certainly cant beat the scenery on the little cottonwood creek trail. Lotza trophy wives that just robbed the silicone truck. :lol8:

Is that the trail that starts at the mouth of the canyon?

Its not bad. There is a section that we all walk up. Nothing like puke hill IMO. Its only 7 miles round trip: http://www.utahmountainbiking.com/trails/yellow.htm

If you guys don't mind catering to my slow climbing, I'll be there, probably along with REDFOX.

Can anyone give me directions on how to get to the trail head?

Nevermind. Found this:

Getting there: From I-15, take the Bangerter Highway and head west. After the highway curves north, turn left on 126th south (traffic light and big pedestrian overpass) at mile 6.0. 126th becomes 131st. In Herriman, turn left on Rose Canyon Road. Set odometer. 0.9 mile later, turn right at stop sign, then keep left at 2.3 to continue on Rose Canyon Road. At mile 4.4, pavement ends at the creek. Find a parking spot. The trail begins right along the creek, going uphill. GPS N 40
