I have been going on an evening hike each Wednesday after work.

If there is interest here I will post my plans here each week.

Is there people here in Utah County and Salt Lake County that are up for a weekly evening hike to get out the city for a few hours?

Sounds like a plan. The only problem I see, for me at least, I wouldn't want to sit in traffic for an hour to go hike in Utah county if I live in SLC. So if it's close to home, I'd join ya :2thumbs:

Damn, that's too bad Kazak. I was thinking we'd hit the trail around 6 Thursday night, and it's in Utah County... Guess you're outta luck. :lol8: :lol8:

sorry I haven't responded sooner.
Tonight I will just be doing a series of short hikes hikes in Big Cottonwood. I should come home nice and cold and wet.

I am working a geocache that is a multi/puzzle cache and I need to find a washer on a tree near Guardsman pass. From there I will just work my way down the canyon grabbing a few others, all are within a 1/2 mile of the road and some have some pretty good elevation gains and bushwack to get to them.

So nothing to exciting tonight but you are welcome to join if you would like. Just catch me on instant messenger ( I use caverspencer@yahoo.com for both MSN and Yahoo). I will probably be here another hour or so before I head out.

I will post on here each week what I plan to do.
