East Temple

Spent the day yesterday looking for a route up the East Temple. Did the classic

route and then continued north til arriving under a large alcove

Started up the steep slickrock under the alcove to try to gain the ramp system, but will have to try another time. I am certain this is a route and look forward to getting up there one of these days!

Yes..I hiked the East Temple Saddle Route. The picture from Progeny Peak shows the large alcove under East Temple that I tried to go to. I just put that picture in the post to show the alcove and my intended route up East Temple. :2thumbs:

I have yet to find a place I'd rather be Win! I hope to do a lot more "wandering" as time passes.

Two weeks Win? You're slackin', or maybe have found another treasure?
