once again, "everything in moderation" seems to be the key of life.
whether it be eating meat, drinking booze, or consuming junk food.
a little is ok, to much isnt so much so :2thumbs:

I'm sure this probably means black coffee, and not the Starbucks sugar shakes? I doubt that would help to ward off diabetes. Black coffee actually has a good amount of antioxidants in it. Not as much as tea or wine, but still, not too bad.

Black Coffee is the only way to have your coffee adding sugar & cream just ruins the flavor

I'm convinced that the best place to get coffee in Utah is a little place called "Jack Mormon Coffee" located in the avenues. They only keep fair trade, organic coffees in stock, and its all raw! They roast a few fav blends up daily, and you can get any kind you want roasted fresh there for you on the spot! It takes about 15 minutes to do, which makes for a lovely walk around that gorgeous neighborhood. :)
The taste is amazing.
Salt Lake Roasting Co used to be my favorite, and it probably still is if for just going to grab a cup. But Jack Mormon Coffee is the place to go if you want it fresh.
