Beyond frivolous - downright abusive. This "judge" is a nut and should be de-judged or whatever it's called - immediately.

Every minute they waste on this frivolous lawsuit, they're not able to waste on other frivolous lawsuits.

The judge is a prick - the cleaners found the pants and he wouldn't accept their apology or an offer of $1,000.
What is worse - there's another judge that is hearing this case and doesn't have the balls to stand up this moronic judge and tell him to shut the hell up and take the pants and drop the law suit.
Shows you how pathetic the legal system can be.
Sorry Scott P. Card - just had to vent than one out.

No apology necessary. From the article, I agree the judge is a punk. He is what gives my profession a bad name. He is violating the cardinal rule "A person who represents himself has a fool for a lawyer". Probably no lawyer would help him. I wonder what the real motivation is for this judge. Is it really that he is a king sized jerk or is he trying to create a frivolous suit to increase pressure for tort reform? I am tempted to say that the Odds are he is a jerk.
