I Rode Last Friday!

Granted, it was only for about 5 minutes on a stationary bike, but I rode that mofo. This was my first time on a bike since my ACL surgery, and it wasn't nearly as painful or difficult as I expected. I asked my physical therapist if I could ride to work today, but he said "no".

At this rate I should be back on my bike just in time for our traditional late June/early July heatwave. (Crossing my fingers).
