I don't know about the car but I could outrun the cone. That photo is great. I wonder if it fools the police chief (ie. cop playing hookie)

That is too funny! They have a cop car (newer than that one) and a man sized dummy complete with a handlebar mustache in Bicknell. I think they move it between Loa and Bicknell actually.
